SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. In Germany we use DHL as our carrier and outside of Germany you can choose between either ParcelOne or UPS for your delivery service - in all cases we provide you with tracking numbers and proof of delivery receipt. We collate multiple purchases into a single shipment and as long as payment has not been completed and shipping has not already taken place, we can combine several separate orders into one delivery shipment.

Shipping costs will vary depending upon the package weight, the final destination country and the choice of delivery option / carrier. You can see the exact shipping costs for your purchase in the shopping cart before you finalise your order: simply click your items into the shopping cart, select the recipient country and your choice of shipping service and you will see an accurate calculation of the shipping costs for the items. (All of the basic weights used for these calculations are shown in the table below)
